"The aggregate cultural experience of the African American has been going through a sea change for the last 100 years. Seen through the filter of the rise and fall of several attempts at Black Wall Street, Chocolate City and other geographical experiments in establishing a self-sufficient metropolitan base with it's own economy and local legal prerogatives, the societal structure of the African American race was designed (exclusively through the actions of it's oppressors) to be a sub-human/2nd or lower class, reactionary based servile (and ultimately docile) group. The whole civil rights movement centered around having the same common rights as the average individual of the time. Being looked at as 3/5ths of a person meant that any human being under that designation were looked at with the same regard as the family pet. Less so, only because the pet was allowed in the house and a African American person wouldn't be welcome on that side of town. The term "ATTIC STATIC" is meant to identify the recent cultural phenomenon of people ascending to false heights of enlightenment (read: WOKE) and the sheer amount of white noise AKA distraction that one ultimately becomes overwhelmed by as they hit their head on the vaulted ceiling of the attic of their closed minds. It's never too late to build a skylight, just saying."
